Many pieces have been kindly donated or loaned by local residents, creating a strong link to the region's heritage.



Birds of Southwest Montana
Donated by local taxidermist Dennis Jones this exhibit features a large variety of birds and other animals that can be found throughout Southwest Montana.



One Room Schoolhouse from Argenta MT & Cabin Built by Thomas Poindexter in 1895

Close by, the one-room schoolhouse that once stood in Argenta enriches the county's narrative.
